Rosan Bosch Studio has grown a lot, and with that came a lot of knowledge worth capturing: project history, software workflows, supplier contacts, onboarding steps.
I designed a knowledge-base template in Notion to bring it into one place.
It includes a searchable database of past projects, onboarding steps, and a directory of software standards and material suppliers.
Built in a few days with no coding required, so any non-technical teammate can keep it updated.
